At Dr. Merrick’s Dental Studio, our mission is to cater to and provide all our patients with exceptional oral health in a pain- and anxiety-free environment.  Because our practice is overly dedicated to quality and high standards of service, we respect your time and work diligently to schedule appointments to accommodate your busy schedule. At Dr. Merrick’s Dental Studio all patients are scheduled on the hour.  In return, we ask that all of our patients make every effort to keep and maintain the appointment date and time reserved expressly for you.  Patients are expected to arrive on time to avoid circumstances that may lengthen or delay the time set aside for your procedure(s).

If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we require a minimum 48-hour (2-day) notification.  If you have not contacted our office within this time frame, $75.00 will be charged per half-hour for length of scheduled appointment time.  We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to serving your dental needs.

Payment is expected at time of your appointment for services to be rendered.  Always provide your insurance card to ensure no delays in service processing.  Inform the Practice Coordinator of any changes to your address and insurance at time of appointment.  Pre-payment may be requested on a scheduled appointment exceeding 60 minutes.
